Roller conveyors
Roller transporter (roller conveyor) is one of the most often utilised elements of close transport systems. Thanks to a wide choice of rolls, it enables the execution of numerous projects at optimal price.
Gravitational conveyors
The roller conveyors without drive (gravitational conveyors) utilise the phenomenon of load flow under the action of gravitational forces and friction. Appropriately selected height difference and length of the conveyor provide the correct trajectory inclination angle.

Characteristics
Rolls
Rolls possess an axle with internal thread or the so-called snap axle and are embedded in the load bearing frame of a conveyor. The choice of roll type depends on the specific needs of a project: type of load, machine operating conditions, etc. For example, the utilisation of conical rolls enables the construction of a roller conveyor, which allows to gently overcome a bend. Rolls can be made from PCV, steel, galvanised steel, or stainless steel with additional coats.
Drive
The transmission of drive to rolls in transporters with drives can be done both through roller chains and various types of belt drives (round belt, V belt, multi-V belt, etc.). The type of drive is chosen depending on the function and size of powered sections. Transporters without drive (gravitational conveyors) utilise the phenomenon of load flow under the action of gravitational forces and friction. Appropriately selected height difference and length of the conveyor provide the correct trajectory inclination angle.
Load bearing structure
The external dimensions, as well as the material used to manufacture the structure of conveyors, of the so-called load bearing frame depend on the dimensions of a load, function of a given module, etc. The structures can be either bolted or welded. Load bearing frames with various heights enable the better use of available space through the transportation of loads at different levels. Available finishes: powder painting, zinc plating, or manufacturing from stainless steel.
Components
We use only components from verified and renowned suppliers such as Interroll, Rollven, Peco, Nord, SEW, IFM, Siemens, Metal Work to manufacture transporters. In cases requiring special solutions we manufacture the said solutions individually and manufacture them in our production facility.
Change of direction
Depending on the type of load and available space to acquire the change of load relocation direction it is possible to apply various types of solutions, e.g. tables equipped with special non-powered rolls that have a multi-dimensional rotation axis. Another solution consists of bend conveyors equipped with conical rolls that enable to change the direction on a course, which is a section of circle. It is also possible to utilise a special conveyor: turntable or overlap conveyor.
Assistive devices
A supplementation of wide offer of roller conveyors are various types of devices supporting the operation of a line and effectiveness of executing assumed tasks, which are designed by our engineers. The most often devices are automated blockades, separators of transported loads, or pneumatic manipulators.
Modularity
Conveyors are manufactured in the form of modules with determined functionality resulting from the conducted project. The modules can operate independently or constitute as a piece of greater application. Such system enables an easy expansion by subsequent elements or modernisation of a line in the future.
Controls
Conveyor can be equipped with an individual or integrated control system that provides automated co-operation both with various elements of the line and other production cycle devices and machinery.
