Belt transporter (belt conveyor) allows to transport a load in a constant manner. This property is quite often used to transport loads between various levels of the systems, especially in the necessity of relocating light loads.
Load bearing element
Belt transporters utilise various types of belts as the direct load bearing element. The most often used types of belts are modular belts and plate belts.
Conveyor belt allows to transport both small-dimensions loads and pallets of loads. The contact between the whole base of a load with the load bearing element provides an improved stability.
Load bearing structure
The external dimensions, as well as the material used to manufacture the structure of conveyors, of the so-called load bearing frame depend on the dimensions of a load, function of a given module, etc. The structures can be either bolted or welded. Load bearing frames with various heights enable the better use of available space through the transportation of loads at different levels. Available finishes: powder painting, zinc plating, or manufacturing from stainless steel.
We use only components from verified and renowned suppliers such as Nord, SEW, IFM, Siemens, Metal Work, Habasit to manufacture transporters. In cases requiring special solutions we manufacture the said solutions individually and manufacture them in our production facility.
Change of height
The application of a belt as a load bearing element allows to use the conveyor to gently change the height between two levels of the system through a constant movement of transported load.
Conveyors are manufactured in the form of modules with determined functionality resulting from the conducted project. The modules can operate independently or constitute as a piece of greater application. Such system enables an easy expansion by subsequent elements or modernisation of a line in the future.
Conveyor can be equipped with an individual or integrated control system that provides automated co-operation both with various elements of the line and other production cycle devices and machinery.
