Line for average loads
Conveyor lines with control that allow the automation of production lines for parts with medium dimensions. The transport of loads to specific processing stages is done at various levels. This allows to utilise the warehouse’s cubage to its fullest and reduce the execution time of production tasks. Transport task in the line were carried out with the use of roller conveyors, chain conveyors, or conveyor belts. Changes of directions occur through the use of overlap transporters and pneumatic pushers. Transport to subsequent levels is carried out via vertical transporters – elevators.
Racks for warehouses
System of racks intended to operate a warehouse – a combination of classic shelf racks (PANOAPAL II) with pallet racks (STOCKPAL) additionally equipped with gravitational shelves (DYNAPAL). This solution allows to complete orders from both shelf racks and roller shelves. Racks are powered from pallets of loads stored in pallet racks located at the edges of completion zone.
Line for large-scale loads
Conveyor line with control that allows to transport loads with weight up to 3,000 kg at various levels. The loads are transported and precisely positioned at subsequent production points (with the use of carts with special structure). This allows to utilise the warehouse’s cubage to its fullest and reduce the execution time of production tasks.
The line’s functionality has been carried out with the utilisation of roller and chain conveyors. Changes of directions occur via overlap transporters and transport to subsequent levels is carried out via vertical transporters – elevators.
Rack for moulds
Racks are equipped with a special system of carts used to pull out moulds at the level of floor. They allow to optimally use the space in case of storing heavy casting moulds with weight of 5,000 kg. Sockets equipped with special grates allow to store moulds with different bottom while drip trays facilitate the upkeep of cleanliness. The proposed solution has enabled to reduce the space needed to store injection moulds at the production zone by 50%.
Frame shelf rack
The MINIPAL frame shelf rack is used as a rack intended for long-term storage of samples. The system has been equipped with laminated shelves that facilitate the upkeep of cleanliness of mobile partitions of intermediate storage sockets. This solution allows to better use the available space thanks to the easiness to adjust space to the dimensions of currently stores samples. The condition of strict separation and addressing of a sample is maintained.
